Book Fair Update!

For all of you that have already graciously volunteered your time, I sincerely appreciate it. Asking for 85 volunteers when everyone already has a busy week is no minor task!

We are down to the last of the time slots and just to entice everyone — a little reminder of the volunteer perks that await you. First there is the $5.00 gift certificate which you can use to purchase a book for a gift or for yourself (!). Also, each day there will be lunch, snacks and drinks available for the volunteers! So, grab a friend and come to the book fair. With 85 volunteers - it’s the place to be next week!

This is what I have available at this time -

Tuesday: November 4

9:00 - 10:30 1 Volunteer needed,

10:15 - 12:15 3 Volunteers needed,

12:00 - 1:45 2 volunteers needed,

4:15 - 6:30 3 Volunteers needed.

Wednesday: November 5

8:15 - 9:45 3 Volunteers needed

Thursday: November 6

8:15 - 9:45 4 Volunteers needed,

10:30 - 12:15 4 Volunteers needed,

3:15 - 4:30 1 Volunteer needed.

Friday:November 7

8:15 - 9:00 2 Volunteers needed,

10:30 - 12:15 1 Volunteer needed

12:15 - end 1 Volunteer needed

Don’t be shy, we have included some prep time so that you are comfortable with how the book fair works and your duties. I’ve included the class schedule (to date!) so that you can see when your child will be coming to the book fair. Come and see your child and then stay to work a shift or two! We would certainly appreciate it!

Please respond as soon as you’ve checked your calendar and let me know when you might be able to help! First come, first served for the available slots.
